Kyle Boughton
Founder, President
Kyle Boughton is the owner and president of North Star Development. Kyle has an extensive background in Real Estate Development, Residential and Commercial Construction as well as Land Use Planning related matters.
Kyle formed North Star Development and has been involved in various capacities on all sides of Real Estate including development, construction and management throughout his tenure. Prior to his work at North Star, Kyle has a vast experience in Retail management and operations. Kyle was born and raised in Arcata CA and has a passion for aviation, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
